I really enjoyed talking with Heather. She was very friendly and put me at ease while I was on the phone with her. She was knowledgeable about the position but was honest when she couldn't answer a question with 100% certainty. I wish more recruiters were like her. The whole getting employment process is stressful enough and it was nice to talk with someone that put you at ease.
