Bartech's having a simplified process for applying for jobs was the first motivator. By this I mean, simply submitting a resume for the job one is interested in without having to complete web page after web page of non value added information. The turnaround time from my submitting my resume to Heather's contacting me was simply amazing. I think it was in less than 30 minutes. From the moment she introduced herself till when the conversation ended, I could see her smiling! Of course it was a phone conversation, so this speaks volumes of her warm personality. She was very engaging and encouraging throughout the conversation. She made me feel like I had made the right choice in reaching out to Bartech for my employment needs.
