Her email cover letters are well-written and stand out as far superior to the typical job posting emails and immediately captured my attention and interest to want to review the posting and project a sense of confidence thatch could provide that special differentiator factor that would help me find a well-matched job opportunity that would be a win-win for all (the client, me, and Bartech). Heather immediately approaches each conversation and discussion with high energy the comes across as genuine level of enthusiasm. You get the sense she loves her job and wants to insure the experience is sincere and meaningful. If the position is not a fit, she will highlight why provide proactive suggestions. When she helps identify an ideal match, she processes the initial interview and application submission to the client, the same day. Heather demonstrates strong two-way communications and provides insight while answering questions and provides details regarding job responsibilities, expectation, and terms to insure everything is transparent.
