Heather contacted me because she found my resume online and thought that my experience would be a good fit for one of her clients. We connected after playing phone tag and she was extremely professional the entire time. She told me about the position, described the position, and answered every question I had. She even followed up after our conversation by sending me an email with more information about the position and providing me with her contact information. Heather had previously reached out to me about an opportunity I had submitted an application for, that was eventually unsuccessful. She had provided additional information on the opportunity, strategy, etc. She recently reached out to me about another opportunity that had crossed her desk that she felt matched my experience. She filled me in on the position, requested key submission info from me in real time and provided feedback on what to expect, timeline, etc. I have found it very rare that recruiters seem to have a personal interest in job seekers. They always promise to follow up and have your best interests at heart but, sadly, that is rarely the case. Heather, however, has impressed me by following through on all of her promises - a Rock Star!
