About Suzann Cantin:

Suzann is a fine resource and represents your company well. I receive many emails and few from persons whose most basic communication skill (language) is suitable to recruitment. This is tough because language skill, is vital to effectively communicating and clarifying important details. She does this well, many do not. Quality productivity is rampant in all areas of worker performance across all industries in America and I believe due in large part to corporate commitment to saving dollars and devaluing experienced staff. It is not an even trade despite popular opinion. Keyword searches should be in limited use and dies NOT replace a qualified professional who can see skill amid experience in a resume. 10 years experience. Not 1 year experience 10 times. Institutions have not kept pace with workplace tasking needs. Firstly because academics is not connected to industry in a practical manner. So graduates are presented, unable to fulfill position requirements. As a result, after spending 100K obtaining credentials, new hires are sent to training. Not cute. I have hardly made my point because the issue is massive and frustrating. But you appear to have a person working for you who can help. I hope someone who is awake and concerned sees this.
