About Sitara Ramessar:

My phone interview experience with Sitara was very positive and well-structured. She started by clearly explaining the role and the expectations, which helped set the tone for the conversation. Her questions were relevant and focused on both my experience and how I would handle real work situations. I appreciated how she actively listened and allowed me the time to explain my answers without interruption. She was professional, approachable, and made the conversation feel comfortable rather than stressful. Sitara also provided helpful insights about the company and the team, which gave me a better understanding of the work environment. She was transparent about the next steps in the process and encouraged me to ask questions. Overall, the interaction was smooth, respectful, and informative, and it left a strong positive impression of both her and the organization.
