I appreciate Barry's transparency. He reached out to me with a job description with all of the relevant details -- job title and description, req #, and salary range. Coincidentally, I received an email from another recruiter about the same role with a number of details missing! As a job seeker, it can sometimes be difficult to wade through the message traffic -- URGENT opening emails from multiple recruiters, then back to back phone calls and text messages. Barry did none of these things. I am sincerely appreciative!
