About Courtney

Courtney's Bio

I've been in the technical recruiting industry for 3 years and have built a genuine love for helping people through their job search. Having lived in Oregon for 22 years, I would consider myself an expert on the area and the companies that reside here. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Statistics so I’d like to think that I’m just as good with people as I am with numbers.

They say if you choose a job you love, you will never have to work a day in your life. I have to yet to start working!

About Courtney Powell:

Working with Courtney has been an extremely positive experience. Her prompt follow-up and diligent follow-through have been exemplary. She has thoroughly addressed all of my questions, offered valuable insights into the hiring process, and demonstrated genuine concern for ensuring a mutual fit between myself and the organization. I am pleased to be advancing to a second-round interview today. If this process continues successfully and I am fortunate to receive an offer, I attribute a significant portion of that progress to Courtney's expert guidance and outstanding collaboration.
