James is that rare type of recruiter that has both the knowledge and the passion to be a vital part of anyone's journey in navigating a career switch to a new company. My previous experience with recruiters in the tech industry had left me so burnt out. Fielding positions from other recruiters from other companies who sent out mass communications with no personal touch that didn't match my skills or experience. None of that happened with James. Starting from the first contact he was attentive, engaged, and eager to help match me with a position that matched my career goals. It was so nice with James to have an experience where he not only knew my background, but also my interests career wise prior to reaching out. It was incredibly refreshing. He was there every step of the way throughout the various interviews with both feed back and check-ins. He responded quickly, had great communication, and was a great go between with the potential company and I to navigate the process and answer various questions. I can not recommend him enough to anyone looking to make a switch.
