I really like the way he describe my job and listed to my tech skills and also provided me great feedback.

I have worked with Vaughn a couple of times and it is always such a pleasure. He has demonstrated that he is both knowledgeable and trustworthy.

In the past 3 weeks I have been contacted by many "recruiters" that haven't even read my resume let alone understood what I am trying to do, pivot from IT support to development (listed in my profiles). Vaughn is among the 2 recruiters that have contacted me and actually read my profile and resume, AND had a good idea of my goal(s). Vaughn took the time to clarify information on my profile and translate it to roles that he has that would be a good fit for me. Vaughn took the time to listen to me, provide advice and tips, and recommend a role that would be perfect for my goal. Vaughn is not just a recruiter, Vaughn is a Four Leaf Clover dipped in gold and covered in diamonds! What I mean to say is that Vaughn is one of the rare recruiters that actually take the time to get to know the job seeker, their goals and their skills/experiences, and he attempts to present roles that will fit the job seeker as well as the company. If there is a Recruiter of the Year award, Vaughn needs at least one for this year!

I appreciated on first contact Vaughn shared brief information about the role so I could see if it would interest me and also salary so I knew if it was in the range. He provided helpful critique for my resume and was very pleasant to speak with.
