Very impressed with Vaughn’s professionalism, sense of urgency and guidance.

He took the time to explain in detail about the job and it's requirements and how my abilities and experiences could align with them. It was also a small thing but I noticed there was a time zone difference between us and he made sure to call me at the time scheduled in regards to my time zone.

Vaughn has some excellent job leads, he seems to know the tech industry very well, and his communication is timely and professional.

It is refreshing and rare to encounter such a sharp, high-touch, sincere, humble, communicative recruiter as Vaughn. The most recent two recruiters (from other companies than EdgeLink) who reached out to me treated me like cattle rather than a candidate. It’s a disturbing trend and quite famous amongst experienced developers. Vaughn’s approach, on the other hand, is what other recruiters and their companies should study and adopt. I was impressed at how well Vaughn knew my résumé, how well he remembered our first conversation, and how well he described the company and the job description/opening. I was also impressed that he invited Alex to a Teams call with me to introduce me. Vaughn will go far in his career, I am certain, and I hope more recruiters adopt his approach!
