About James Hatch:

I feel it is important to get to know a recruiter personally, both ways - without that intimacy, it is hard to really vouch for someone. I appreciated James listening to my whole story and also happy that he shared his journey to becoming a recruiter.

About James Hatch:

I thought James was very professional, along with being an easy to get to know kind of person. Made sure I knew a time frame in which to get feed back. He made me feel like he didn't have anything else to deal with today, although I am his days are as busy, or busier than mine.

About James Hatch:

I was impressed with James. As an individual that seemed to have genuine concern for a true fit, he probed for areas of overlap, took note of areas I pointed out where there might be synergy, and what really blew me away was when he spoke of a "story to tell". I got the sense that he meant it, that his desire was to paint a picture of how my experience could serve the client.
