I was impressed by James' professionalism and how much empathy he demonstrated for a job seeker in the current market. After discussing my experience, goals, etc., he gave a high-level overview of the position and the client. I walked away from the conversation feeling optimistic and valued.

James was great to talk with about the possible position. Once my resume was submitted to the organization, they did not opt to go forward with me as a candidate, but James kept me informed in a timely manner every step of the way, as well as asked for clarification from the organization on their decision. Ultimately, they chose not to disclose further, but that is out of James' hands. My interaction with James has been wholly positive, and I look forward to perhaps working with him again for a future position, should one matching my experience and interests come along.
