James contacted me out of the blue on LinkedIn. He was pleasant to speak with, asked a bunch of questions about both my professional experience and my private life to get an understanding of where I am at. It didn't take too long until he had me in a couple of interviews with some companies no one else has offered, local companies, mid size. He's been a great help with both the interviews he's helped with and with those he had nothing to do with. Tons of advice and information, helpful as can be.
