I liked James because he was a native speaker, that helps build trust when someone is able to communicate will, like he had. He understood my needs and the needs of the client. He is working in a lock step fashion to ensure there is a good fit. I like that. Am just waiting on hearing back from the client which should be some time in the following week. As recruiters go on LinkedIn, everything he did helped to build trust.
