About James Hatch:

James reached out promptly and provided me with a great opportunity. A call was scheduled and he provided requisition details from the client concisely and clearly. We discussed my personal career goals, experience, as well as desires of the prospective client’s needs. He expressed genuine concern about my current situation and promptly took notes documenting our conversation. He said he had all the information he needed to compile a proposition for the client. After that, I fervently studied the client company’s offerings. A few hours later he followed with an email and exclaimed our proposal was submitted to the client.
