About Matthew Ratajczak:

Matt is the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with. He calls/texts and checks up during multiple points in the contract but isn’t overbearing. He genuinely cares about doing the best he can for me during the entirety of the employment period and even in between contracts. He is transparent about the entire process and always keeps me in the loop with what’s happening on the back end. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to travel.
