I started my career in finance as a banker where I learned to develop great personal and business relationships by showing people that I was someone who could be trusted and allowing me to advise them for the best possible financial option. I found my way into staffing where I started off as a recruiter and worked my way into a business development role where effectively listing to the individuals on both ends gave me the insight into what kind of job a candidate was looking for but as well as to what kind of candidate a business wanted to hire. I am now beyond excited as a healthcare recruiter with Tact Medical Staffing to take my knowledge and experience and keep doing what I enjoy the most.
