About Jay Gandhi:

Jay seemed very knowledgeable about the position in question. The part I questioned was when he asked me for my ' date of birth (just month and date) ' I am very protective of my identity information. I received another recruiter call and asked about this he stated to use my month and actual day not to include the year. Maybe when requesting the date of birth use 'just month and day' in instructions. This was needed for the company as a unique id, seems the company should of automatically created a unique id instead. I am sure I am not the first person to suggest this.
