About Jay Gandhi:

I have been contacted by many foreign recruiters since my recent job search. Most of the ones I have spoken with have heavy accents, and there is a communication issue with them expressing what they want to say and understanding the feedback the job seeker gives. When speaking to Jay there was no communication issues at all. Also Jay called me back and followed up with me on the job submission process. I wish all recruiters can behave and communicate as well as Jay.
