About Denise Wicks:

Denise found my old resume in Synergis's files and contacted me by phone about an opportunity. After our conversation, she emailed me the job description. However, it never appeared in my email. I did not know how to contact her because I forgot to get her telephone number. She had called me on a Fri. afternoon and by Mon. I was frantic because I couldn't send her my information and current resume. Somehow, she read my mind and called me on Mon. to follow up. Thank goodness she did. She was able to send the job description to another of my emails and I was able to get my cover letter to her that day. She did a great job on coaching me on what to put in my cover letter, and even better, on following up by phone.

About Denise Wicks:

Denise was my first contact with a Major corporation. She guided me through the interview and onboarding process with the client and made sure the process was seemless. Even at the end of the contact, she has been instrumental in trying to find another position for me and her communication is outstanding. She will definitely go to bat for you and try her best to find what is best for you and the client. Highly recommended.
