I only went through Stivers because I was going to work with KCEB again. In the past I worked through them directly. Because I was asked to do a different role it required me to go through Stivers. I don't have a lot of regular contact with Amy but when I first had to fill out my paperwork with her, she was extremely patient and helpful. She answered my emails and calls promptly and dealt with all my questions.
