This is my second experience with Alliance. The gentleman that I previously worked with and which ultimately led to my hiring, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to drive 45-60 minutes to meet me for the drug test in Wooster. His correspondence throughout the entirety of the process was flawless.
That being said, Caitlyn has also been phenomenal with her correspondence. She found a great company for me to work for. This position is one that I’ve been seeking for over a year and a half since I left my job of 8 years. The last year and a half I have accepted positions(contracted, temporary and full time)that never really felt like a fit for me. I don’t know exactly where this position will go, or if they decide they need me permanently, but I can say with exception of it not being in AZ, if I have to be in this area, this is perfect for me.
Alliance has an amazing staff. Although in each company I have worked for I had a good work ethic and had done my best as a employee, for the first time in a very long time I can truthfully say, I am happy in my job!
