• Submit billing for processing in a timely manner as dictated by supervisor.
• Runs receivables report monthly and performs follow-up to ensure payment is received and A/R is maintained within established guidelines
• Run monthly validation reports and compare to monthly invoice(s) and resolve any discrepancies.

Medical Billing Specialist Requirements:

• 1 year of Medical Billing and coding.
• Self starter who can work independently and troubleshoot issues.
• Must have great customer service skills & positive attitude.
• Strong Excel skills, accounting software is a plus.
