A professional service organization is hiring a Marketing Administrative Coordinator to fill an immediate opening. Build your Marketing skills as a part of this dynamic team supporting Fortune 1000 companies. Remote position- must work in the office 1-2 times per month in Creve Coeur.
The Marketing Administrative Coordinator will:
- Monitor the impact of email marketing and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce media content, conduct research for media interviews and articles and presentation materials
- Project coordination including the production of white papers, complex reports, proposals to support presentations to current and prospective clients
- Build target market lists and conduct business development outreach via email
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients
- Additional administrative support as requested
Marketing Administrative Coordinator requirements include:
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in administrative support, marketing, business development or equivalent education
- Proficiency with MS Office
- A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
