Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
Answer 50-70 phone calls a day and respond to tickets and emails
Assisting individuals looking for employment opportunities and successful admission into schools and hospitals.
Maintain client relationships and company reputation
Providing excellent customer service
Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
Steady high volume inbound call center experience of a minimum of 2 years
Ability to type an average of 35 WPM or greater
Ability to can navigate a computer with confidence and efficiency
Pay: $19-$22 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8AM-5PM); possibility of hybrid after proven performance in a few months.
Located in downtown Denver; no parking provided
