Job duties of the Customer Service Rep include:
Customer service to insureds regarding denied medical claims
Phone calls inbound and some outbound to healthcare providers regarding coverage
Unscripted calls to explain benefit coverage
Requirements of the Customer Service Rep role include:
Prior experience handling de-escalation calls
Heavy unscripted phone experience
The ability to think outside the box to make critical decisions
Insurance claims experience a plus!
This role offers a stable schedule, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and pays competitive wages of $18/per hour.
