Hybrid Account Executive- New Business
We are looking for a competitive and reliable Account Executive– New Business in the Naperville area to help deliver insurance and related products to professional service firms with an unparalleled commitment to customer experience and operational efficiency. After training a hybrid work schedule will be available.
Responsibilities:
- Solicit prospects via outbound phone calls.
- Ability to manage large prospect pool.
- Achieve sales targets and customer service standards established by the company.
- Complete light underwriting duties associated with the sales process.
- Assist in marketing and branding of the program and company.
- Adhere to an established sales process and contact plan to exceed new business sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of professional office experience.
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience.
- IL P&C license, or the ability to obtain one (preferred).
Salary- $45-50K plus commission
