Accounting Systems Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization’s accounting systems and ensure seamless integration with financial reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data entry and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, implementing process improvements to optimize workflows.
Accounting Systems Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and 4 years of experience.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Excel, Trinergy, SureImpact, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Previous experience in a non-profit, mortgage banking or investment environment is a plus.
Hybrid-3 days in office (flexible to which days)
M-F 8am-5pm
$65-70k
