Position: Customer Service Representative (5-6 Openings)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $20-$21.00 per hour
• Benefits: Full health, dental, and vision insurance (upon permanent hire)

 Customer Service Representative Responsibilities;

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
• Analyze customer needs and offer suitable recommendations
• Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality

 Customer Service Representative Requirements;

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare call center experience
• Stable work history
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Associate Degree preferred
