Job Title: Accounting – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: 60K-80K/Yearly  (depending on experience)

We are seeking an Accountant for a full-time, temp-to-hire position for a well-established company located in Kansas City, MO. The Accountant will manage general ledger activities, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing processes. The Accountant plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting strategic financial decisions. This is a great opportunity for long-term growth located in Kansas City, MO.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

• Process accounts payable and receivable

   

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• At least 2 years of accounting experience (corporate or public)

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

• CPA or pursuit of CPA preferred, but not required
