Job Title: Implementation Manager

Pay: $70,000 per year Hours: Monday – Friday, standard business hours Start Date: ASAP

As an Implementation Manager, you'll oversee implementation projects from planning through completion while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless transitions. You'll serve as a key point of contact throughout the implementation process, coordinating timelines, resolving challenges, and ensuring customers have the support needed for long-term success.

What You'll Do:

As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for: ? Manage implementation projects from initiation through completion, including timelines, milestones, resources, and project deliverables. ? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation, providing updates, answering questions, and managing expectations. ? Gather customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to configure solutions, improve workflows, and meet client objectives. ? Coordinate system setup, testing, training, and launch activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption. ? Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and work with appropriate teams to develop effective solutions. ? Develop project documentation, track performance metrics, and recommend process improvements to enhance implementation efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: ? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. ? 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, customer success, onboarding, or a related role. ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. ? Experience working with software systems, CRM platforms, ERP solutions, or other technology-based platforms preferred. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. ? Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving solutions.

Location & Schedule:
