What You’ll Do
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and social media channels to support organizational goals.
- Manage marketing projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, messaging, and deliverables align with business objectives.
- Create and edit marketing content, including website updates, promotional materials, newsletters, presentations, and other communications.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, customer engagement data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and measure success.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives, events, and brand-building activities.
- Support the development of marketing strategies by conducting research, identifying trends, and recommending new opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in campaign development, content creation, and project coordination.
- Experience managing digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, websites, and online advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organization, creativity, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
