Hours: Monday-Friday 7-3:30

As a Corporate Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our legal and compliance functions across construction projects. In this role, you will organize and maintain critical documents, including contracts, insurance certificates, and bonds, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. You will help review contract language and insurance requirements for compliance, and provide essential administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to smooth project and legal operations.

What You’ll Do:

As a Corporate Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Organize and track contracts, insurance certificates, and bonds for construction projects in Viewpoint.

• Review contract language and insurance terms for compliance.

• Assist with OCIP/CCIP enrollments as needed.

• Support training by scheduling, tracking, and filing documentation.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• 5+ years of professional experience in related field

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal or related field preferred.

• 2+ years' experience in AEC industry preferred
