Job Title: Human Resource Manager Pay: $44-60 per hour, based on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a long term consulting position for a financial services organization on the west side of Cleveland, OH. The Human Resources Manager will be a key management role mentoring and coaching the staff.  As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for: -Overseeing all HR functions while aligning people strategy with business goals. -This position is both strategic and hands-on, managing day-to-day HR operations while advising leadership on organizational development, compliance, and culture. - Leads all aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits, performance management, and compliance. -Manages team members and partners closely with leadership to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate for this role will have:  -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. -Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. -Strong knowledge of HR practices, benefits, and federal/state employment laws. -Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. -High degree of discretion, integrity, and judgment in handling sensitive information.
