Accounts Payable Specialist : 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join a growing team. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of accounts payable and vendor management with international experience. Specific experience with VAT tax desired. 

AP Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely completion of vendor payments, including three-way match for direct purchases, in adherence to company policy and ensuring compliance with local and international statutory requirements
• Partnering with procurement on issue resolution
• Entry for freight invoices
• All other duties as assigned

AP Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience; associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus
• Manufacturing and international experience needed
• Proficiency in SAP
• VAT tax experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
