Executive Assistant

Our client, a faith based organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to be the right hand person in supporting the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Provide high-level administrative and project management support to the CAO and other executive leaders. This position plays a critical role in managing the organization's business, legal, and operational affairs while ensuring the efficient implementation of policies and directives.

Key Responsibilities of Executive Administrative Assistant:

  • Assist the CAO with project management and administrative initiatives, including budget development, legal filings, and contract management.
  • Manage contracts, legal invoicing, Power of Attorneys (POA), and maintain a master library of legal documents.
  • Coordinate with the Board of Directors and oversee governance-related processes.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual reports on legal fees and budget allocations.
  • Provide project management and administrative oversight for corporate services (IT, HR, Building Operations, and Travel & Meeting Services).
  • Support national convention exhibitor management and event planning efforts.

Qualifications of Executive Administrative Assistant:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in non-profit administration, project management, or working with Boards of Directors.
  • Expertise in contract management and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Advanced project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage diverse activities and priorities simultaneously.
