Territory Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
Consult with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate equipment, products, and services.
Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Identify, pursue, and build relationships with new customers within the assigned territory.
Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends, market competition, and best sales practices.
Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Use sales software for accurate opportunity tracking, quotes, and reporting.
Maintain a professional image in all customer interactions.
Regular travel required for customer meetings and project sites and trade shows- occasional overnight.
Territory Sales Manager Qualifications:
Proven success in sales and customer service, ideally within the service industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
