We’re looking for a driven and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you’re passionate about enhancing healthcare experiences through empathetic service and creative solutions, this role is for you. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on various healthcare-related matters.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $20-$21.00 per hour
- Benefits: Full health, dental, and vision insurance
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities;
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to healthcare services, policies, and procedures.
- Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
Customer Service Representative Requirements;
- Proven experience in customer service, minimum of 2 years in a healthcare or insurance environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Associate Degree preferred
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
