Our client in St. Charles is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to help ensure high quality outcomes for their customers. This great opportunity will involve assisting clients on the phone, as well as administrative tasks in the office. A positive attitude and strong skills utilizing MS Office programs such as Excel will be important. Bilingual with the ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
Daily Responsibilities-
*Answer inbound calls to assist customers
*Make outbound calls to follow up on inquires
*Document outcomes in company's system
*Administrative tasks around the office as needed
Qualifications-
*1 year customer service experience
* Strong verbal/written communication skills
*High school diploma
*Experience using MS Office- Excel
*Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Pay Rate- $20/Hr
