Pay: $18/hr Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, potential OT Start Date: ASAP We are looking for Customer Service Representatives in the Columbus area to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service across chat, email, and phone. You’ll collaborate with marketing and operations to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and turn every customer interaction into a positive brand experience.

What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

• Respond to customer tickets per day via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve product, order, shipping, and return inquiries with efficiency and care, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Advise customers on the return and warranty process, providing solutions and processing replacements where applicable.
• Communicate trends, issues, and customer insights to the broader team to help inform improvements.
• Cross-sell or refer products and services as appropriate to enhance customer experience and drive brand loyalty.

What You'll Bring:  The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (phone, chat, and email support). E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks.
• Professional, positive, and supportive demeanor—especially when handling challenging interactions.
• Experience with Gladly, Shopify, or Narvar is a plus.

Location & Schedule:
