Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Pay: $17.50 - 20 per hour Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Start Date: ASAP 

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a well-established financial services organization in Hudson, OH. In this role, you will receive hands-on training to deliver outstanding support and create a positive experience for clients. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up new accounts in a CRM System
• Adding Documents to new account files
• Answer calls and emails from external constituents
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner 

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• 1-2 years experience in a professional customer service position 
• High level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and customer service.
• MS Excel experience to work within created spreadsheets.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
