Job Title: Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pay: $50-60K

Hours: 8-5

We are seeking a Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Specialist located in St. Charles, MO. The AR/AP Specialist will generate and send invoices to customers, work well as a team player, and grow with a great company. 

As a Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Record daily financial transactions (journal entries) in the general ledger
• ???????Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Schedule and process payments
• Maintain accurate financial records

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or general accounitng role 
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
