Job Title: Billing Specialist

Pay: $25/hr

Hours: 8-5

We are seeking a Billing Specialist located in St. Charles, MO. The Billing Specialist will generate and send invoices to customers, work well as a team player, and grow with a great company. 

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
• Communicate with customers regarding payment statuses, disputes, and terms

• Apply customer payments in QuickBooks and match them against outstanding invoices

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or related finance role 
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and TMS software is a plus
