As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and helping the company maintain financial stability. This position requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams. Senior Accountant Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports while also assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures. - Manage general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies while also ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and company policies. - Support the audit process and collaborate with external auditors. - Review and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency. Senior Accountant Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. - 5 to 7 years of experience - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. - Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Bill.com etc.) and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
