A leading e-commerce business based in Twinsburg, OH, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is an in-office, non-remote position with no cold calling required. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, a proven track record of success, and a strong drive for financial achievement. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!
Inside Sales Representative Functions:
- Answer inbound sales calls and emails and build relationships with key partners/vendors to promote product growth.
- Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy.
- Quote customers for projects, jobs, or single applications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently in a team-oriented, high-energy environment.
