One late shift per week, either 9-6 or 10-7 and depends on the schedule. Our client  is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support an Auto Claims Department. This would be in the Fenton, MO area, and this position offers great benefits and hybrid work schedule after training! 

  Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
  • Properly qualifying and initiating all new claim records 
  • Servicing of inbound, claim related calls and emails
  • Managing documents (emails and faxes) and properly adding them to the claim records
  • Producing, recording and processing claims letters 
   Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
  • 1 year of Claims experience (Preferably in Auto industry)
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) (Preferred)
  • Associates Degree (preferred)
Pay: $17-$21/hour  Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)  and one late shift per week, either 9-6 or 10-7 and depends on the schedule
