Job Title: Hybrid Advertising Sales Representative Urgently Hiring

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, M-F

As the Advertising Sales Representative you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging with potential clients to promote advertising solutions and services.
- Developing a deep understanding of products and services, including print and digital advertising offerings.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and creating strategies to capitalize on them.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of the advertising offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and practices, including print and digital advertising.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive selling abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
