Job Title: Recruiter

Pay: $22-24/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday; between 8am-5:30pm

Start Date: Immediate Start

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter for our client located in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of HR/Recruiting experience, preferably working in the food production or manufacturing industry.

  Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Review resumes and conduct preliminary screenings to identify potential strong candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers. 

• Prepare offers of employment, conduct and review background checks, resolve background check discrepancies in accordance with established policies, and coordinate on-boarding activities.

• Understand and put into practice appropriate safety procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Recruiter:

• English/Spanish preferred

• 4-5 years of experience

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products

• Proven organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
