Job Title: Data Entry Processor
Pay: $20 -22 per hour
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
We are seeking a Data Entry Processor with experience working with Raiser's Edge software for a non-profit organization, located in Cleveland, OH. The Data Entry Processor will be a key team member in ensuring gifts and donations are recorded accurately for the organization into the donor management system.
As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for:
-Keying in all gifts and donations received accurately into Raiser’s Edge database.
-Correspond with staff and donors with requests for information and acknowledgements in a timely manner.
-Reconcile gifts and pledges, update database and pull reports as requested.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
-Experience and proficiency with Raiser’s Edge database fundraising software is required.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Detail oriented with proficiency in written and verbal communication and strong customer service orientation.
